Robert L. Campbell

With fourteen years of Sales, Marketing, and Technology experience, Rob leads the team as the Chief Executive Officer of BMG. BMG has been a part of his family for over 35 years and he began working with BMG creating computer animation over eighteen years ago. Prior to his career with BMG, Rob was Vice President at Glynlyon, Inc., one of the leading online education providers in the country.
Rob brings his extensive knowledge of technology, leadership, and business development to BMG to support BMG’s partners by streamlining the acquisition and distribution process to provide family-friendly entertainment around the world.
Rob lives in Chandler, AZ with his wife and two children close to BMG’s corporate office.

Patrick Smith

As chief financial officer (CFO), Pat Smith is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, legal, and tax compliance. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and strategy. Before joining BMG in March 2016, Smith served as CFO and Treasurer for Glynlyon Inc., a SAAS and publishing company. Prior to that, he served in executive financial positions for various domestic and international companies. He began his career with one of the Big Four CPA firms and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant.

David E. Austin

With forty years of sales, marketing, and product development experience, David leads a BMG team that is focused on being the industry standard and the favorite of content providers for distribution family-friendly entertainment.

Prior to his time at BMG, Dave served for ten years as part of the leadership team at Family Christian Stores, focused on marketing and merchandising and for eighteen years in the architectural coatings industry, with worldwide industry leaders The Sherwin-Williams Company and ICI/Glidden, where he honed his sales, marketing, and product developments skills.

David makes his home in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Paula and their three grown daughters and three grandchildren living close by.

Steve Bulzoni

With more than twenty-five years of experience in film and television distribution prior to joining the BMG team, most recently, Steve served as Vice President of Business Development for Premiere Digital, a global leader in digital content servicing and aggregation. Prior to his time at Premier, Steve established and operated the independent distribution consulting firm, Take 4 Digital. Under the Take 4 banner, he handled multiple functions for a number of significant film and television distribution companies.

Steve brings his expertise in business development, strategy, acquisitions, and international business to BMG where he’s focused on broadening BMG’s distribution footprint and increasing acquisitions of high quality, family-friendly entertainment.

Steve holds a business degree with a marketing specialty from The University of Iowa and resides with his family in the Chicagoland area.

Mathew Levy

Mat Levy joins the BMG Global team after a seventeen-year run at Passion River Films where he headed up their acquisitions and sales efforts. Mat also led the business development and marketing efforts for all divisions of Passion River including Non-Theatrical/Educational, Home Video, Video on Demand, and Broadcast.

With a background in film and television publicity, Mat has worked on film campaigns for New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures Classics, Magnolia Pictures, and many more. He’s also worked directly with producers from VH1 and MTV on promotion and development projects.

Mat has lectured on film distribution at major film festivals and events including Sundance, SXSW (where he was featured as their Speaker Spotlight), Doc NYC, Sheffield Doc Fest, Brooklyn Film Festival, Big Vision Empty Wallet Producer Lab, National Media Market, East Silver Documentary Market (Jihlava, Czech Republic) and Comcast Lift Labs. He has also lectured at many universities including, New York University, Montclair State University, School of Visual Arts, and Depaul University.

Mat has a passion for performing in professional storytelling shows as well as hosting his own weekly trivia show in Hoboken, NJ. Mat received his degree in Cinema and Professional Technical Writing from the University of Hartford and resides in Manhattan.

Todd Shelbourn

Todd brings 25+ years of diverse IT experience to the BMG team. He is responsible for day to day IT Operations, which includes managing the unique technical changes that delivering video services brings. While on the BMG Team, Todd has developed and implemented a Project Management Information System, a Customer Relationship Management System along with other scalable systems to help internal workflow and manage client relationships. Todd resides in the greater Phoenix area.

Allex Rozeboom

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Allex has been an integral part of the BMG team for over 11 years. Being involved in nearly every facet of BMG’s business has led to her profound understanding of the entertainment industry and how to serve the needs of BMG’s content and licensing partners.

Allex attended KCC in Iowa City with a focus on business management and has continued her education through training specifically tailored to the entertainment industry along with receiving an accreditation certificate for Project Management Fundamentals & Professional course training. Allex resides in Northwest Iowa with her husband Todd and son Reese.

Aaron Villa

As Sr. Technical Services Engineer, Aaron oversees all facets of BMG-Global’s content asset management, as well as all hardware and software products that integrate into BMG’s day to day operations. Aaron started at BMG as an animator on their Kingdom Under the Sea series in 1999 and strongly believes in BMG’s mission for being the industry leader in providing quality faith-based, family-friendly entertainment products that inspire and spread the message of hope. Aaron graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix with a degree in Computer Animation and resides in the Greater Phoenix area.

David Ortiz

As our Technical Media Services Engineer, David plays a key role in our Technical Engineering Operations team by managing all Rights Out content, readied for final delivery. David also leads as our liaison between Operations and Sales teams for any technical processes or inquiries that facilitate and fine-tune our client onboard process to ensure the most efficient and user-friendly distribution. David brings with him over 14 years of professional experience in a wide variety of roles in Broadcast Operations and Engineering. David is an Art Institute Alumni, where through his hard work and dedication, his professional career quickly blossomed into a 12 year journey in Los Angeles where he held several upper management positions under the Broadcast Operations umbrella with industry leaders like NBC, Comcast, MLB, and DirectTV. David found a passion for the VOD side of the industry where he has made his focus over the last 10 years and has helped numerous SVOD and OTT VOD streaming services build efficient infrastructure to keep up with the demands of large volume content processing that we see today.

BMG recognizes Davids' talent on the technical side but it is his strength as an excellent communicator that quickly stood out. He gladly accepted the opportunity to fill a dual role for BMG not just as our Tech Service Engineer but also as our Technical Sales Asset Management Engineer. David has a way of communicating with Operations, Sales, and Clients simultaneously to provide the most efficient and detailed information to achieve the smoothest transitions through the Rights In and final Rights Out processes.

David currently resides in the Greater Phoenix Area but shares his time with Southern California. When not at work, David can be found hiking trails with the dogs or training K9's as a CPDT for the ASPCA.

Tammy Lee, MBA

With more than thirty years in the Accounting field, Tammy has extensive experience in all facets of bookkeeping, auditing, and accounting. Her background includes accounting positions in various industries such as Mortgage Banking, Construction General Contracting, and Entertainment. Prior to joining the Bridgestone team, she was the Controller for Compliance Testing, LLC in Mesa, AZ.
Tammy received her Associate degree in Accounting from Hamilton Business College in Des Moines, Iowa. In the Fall of 2000, she relocated to Arizona where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix and then went on to receive her master’s degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. She prides herself on her organizational skills, her attention to detail, and her overall love of all thing’s accounting.
Tammy resides in Queen Creek, AZ with her husband Jeff. She has three grown daughters and three adorable grandchildren. Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and family in Northeast AZ where they own 80 acres and have built a cabin to get away from the day to day life and the 115-degree Arizona summer heat. She also enjoys Harley rides with her husband exploring the mountains and desert landscapes of the Southwest.

Candra Knobloch

As Director of Sales Administration, Candra leads the motion behind content distribution, availing and ensuring complete delivery of media to our platform partners. She also oversees BMG’s FAST channel – Encourage TV – keeping the channel fresh with new content weekly. She is a major asset to BMG, assisting and problem-solving within every department.

Candra joined the BMG team in the fall of 2018 and comes to us with a degree in Business Management as well as over 10 years of experience in Sales and Management. She currently resides in beautiful northwest Iowa with her family.

Melissa Anschutz

Melissa comes from over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry working as a producer, actor, writer, and publicist. She has worked closely with print, radio, and television media in promotion of a variety of films and television series, including, but not limited to, the strategic planning for premiere releases. In 2018, she worked as a publicist for Baker Publishing Group along with launching and running her own PR firm, (M) Publicity, where she led campaigns for authors, actors, producers, distributors, pastors, nonprofit organizations, and schools. She continues to develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, national, and international markets and has found great joy in the further development of her communications in pairing content and media to audience fit.

Melissa was born with a zest for storytelling and is thrilled to be part of the BMG team where her skillset and passion can intersect. She resides in Grand Rapids, MI & Savannah, Georgia and has two sons.

David Gries

David comes to BMG with over ten years of agency and freelance graphic design experience and several years of experience working in the film industry as an actor and producer. As Creative Director, David oversees the creation of film and television, Key Art, and other digital media and advertising.
