This is an awesome trilogy, a set of three DVDs which fully cover being spiritually and physically healthy. Michelle Spadafora is the host and she has an encouraging smile as well as words of hope to offer as she leads the viewer in aerobic exercises, weight training, and other exercises and all with Christian music and scriptures, many of which are posted on the screen. She targets the arms, legs, back, and making sure the emotional side of the student is featured as well as physical health. She has the class jump rope without using a rope, does some speed bag boxing without a speed bag, and she focuses on joy as well.
The first DVD focuses on the joy of loving God, the second one on loving others, and the third one on feeling God's love. This is an awesome set of DVDs which will have the viewer feeling fine, both spiritually and physically, following each session. We highly recommend it for family viewing, although very young children won't benefit from it as much as older children and adults will. Be faithful to a good product and give "Faithful Workouts" a spin in your DVD player!
