However, when the legendary spirit stick goes missing, the camp's entire livelihood is threatened. Now, the Fire Dragons, led by York Hayes (Carter), must do whatever it takes to find the stick, return it, and restore the legacy of the camp.

After airing on national television from 1960 to 1975, the morally-themed cartoon has returned in a digitally restored series honoring Davey and Goliath's 50th anniversary. The Brothers Young, as they're credited, created Adventures in Values as a series of character-building sketches that make Bible lessons more memorable for youngsters. Next, three hikers save the lives of a pair of injured climbers in "Mt. Whitney Miracle." Then, an old man who is dying from cancer has a heavenly visit from his 8-year-old son in "The Departing of Herb Polsteen." The DVD also includes the episodes "Jim & Sally" and "Penny's Aquarium."
