What does Dove-approved mean?
The Dove Foundation promotes family-friendly entertainment, basing its standards and criteria on Judeo/Christian values and the wholesomeness of a film. To serve movie audiences, the foundation created the Dove Family Approved Seal and a rating system from one to five doves to help identify qualifying films. The foundation also publishes a synopsis and critical review of approved films, and many movie studios and production companies, including BMG, now include the Dove Family Approved Seal when marketing their DVDs.

How long will it take for my shipment to reach me?
This depends on your location, but as part of our commitment to customer service, Bridgestone Multimedia Group™ promises to follow a prompt shipping policy once your order is received. Please use our online form to contact us with a detailed and direct query about shipping to your area.
What is your return policy?
Bridgestone Multimedia Group™ accepts returned products or items in like-new condition. Media must be sealed in original packaging for a refund. Only exchanges for same items will be granted for defective DVDs and CDs. All returns require a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact us using our online form.
For a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. There also is a 5% restocking fee for splitting a boxed set. No refunds are given 60 days after the invoice date. An unauthorized refusal or return of an order is assessed a $20.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for your return to be processed. Return credits are refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
